Shipping/Returns

We currently ship to customers in the United States via USPS ground at a flat rate of $2.99 and to Canada.  The shipping rate for Canadian orders is calculated at checkout. Check back soon, as we will be expanding our shipping operations internationally.  If you live outside the U.S. or Canada and would like to place an order, please email us at: peckerheadwax (at) gmail (dot) com.

Peckerhead Mustache Wax permits the return of any unopened and unused items provided that the goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days of the initial order along with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).  If you would like to return your product or if there is a problem with the packaging, please reach out to us at peckerheadwax@gmail.com

(Please ship your return package to: PH LLC, 2288 Gunbarrel Rd Ste 154 PMB 112, Chattanooga TN 37421-3492).  You are responsible for the return shipping and additional postage charges.  Orders that include a discount, coupon, or special offer are final sale and not eligible for return.
